Giovanni brings more than two decades of business ownership, financial, and transaction experience to his work as a business broker.
His career has spanned family-owned businesses, the music industry, financial services, and entrepreneurship, giving him a broad understanding of what it takes to build, operate, grow, and ultimately transition a business. After beginning his career with Sony Music Entertainment, Giovanni went on to found and operate multiple companies, including Valor Funding, where he managed complex financial transactions involving clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
That experience allows Giovanni to understand business owners from their perspective. He knows that selling a business is not simply a transaction. It often represents years of work, financial risk, personal sacrifice, and value creation. His approach combines practical business experience with strong negotiation, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction management skills to help sellers maximize value and buyers confidently navigate an acquisition.
Giovanni has successfully closed transactions involving SBA financing, seller financing, and cash purchases and is known for his hands-on, highly responsive approach from initial valuation through closing.
He is a Business Brokers of Florida Million Dollar Plus Producer and a recipient of the International Business Brokers Association Chairman’s Circle recognition.
